Police are requesting the public’s help in locating a 25-year-old Laupahoehoe man wanted for questioning in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a minor.
Thomas Elijah Cummings IV was last known to be living in the Laupahoehoe Point area. He is described as part-Hawaiian, 5-foot-4, 212 pounds with short black hair, brown eyes, a large build and a fair-to-lightly-tanned complexion.
Detectives are investigating the allegations and Cummings has not been charged in the case.
