Timothy Paul Alencastre, 52, of Volcano and formerly of Kailua, Oahu, died Feb. 6 at Halape, Ka’u. Born in Lihue, Kauai, he was a Hawaii Army National Guard master sergeant and an aircraft mechanic supervisor for the Army Aviation Support Facility No. 2.
