Under the direction of the creative team from the University of Hawaii at Hilo College of Continuing Education and Community Service, summer session classes are getting a new hip and cool persona via social media outlets.
Registration is under way. Students can sign up for classes held during the first session, which runs May 14-June 8, or they can sign up for classes during the second six-week session, which will be held June 12-July 20. They can also register for a number of varied-date courses, which will be taught between May 13 and Aug. 3.
The key consideration was to help students accelerate their graduation objectives. But we also want to feature unique course offerings that showcase visiting faculty, our flagship programs and numerous online opportunities.”
This year’s summer curriculum features approximately 160 credit classes, with 40 percent of them offered online.
