Paul T. Douglass, 77, of Kauai, formerly of the Big Island, died March 27 in Honolulu. Born in San Francisco, he was a U.S. Navy veteran, retired district manager for Matson Navigation Co., Boy Scout troop leader, member of the Rotary Club, Kauai Chamber of Commerce, the Kauai Red Cross, the Kauai chapter of the American Cancer Society, the Kauai Independent Food Bank, and the Kauai Humane Society, and chair of the Wilcox Memorial Hospital board of directors. Memorial service 9 a.m. April 20 at the Kauai Marriott Hotel. Aloha attire. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations suggested to the Wilcox Hospital Foundation.
