Kailua Village to host monthly stroll
Celebrate spring at historic Kailua Village’s monthly Kokua Kailua on Sunday, April 15, from 1 to 6 p.m.
During Kokua Kailua, oceanfront Alii Drive becomes a pedestrian-only walkway, making way for street vendors, craftspersons, artists and entertainers.
Along with giving folks of all ages the unique opportunity to stroll Alii Drive, many of the village’s array of shops and restaurants offer specials available only during Kokua Kailua. Hulihee Palace presents free entertainment on the palace lawn beginning at 4 p.m.
The next Kokua Kailua is scheduled for Sunday, May 20.
