Some voters will see their districts change.
The Big Island, due to recent redistricting efforts, will get a new state Senate seat this year.
Additionally, some lines for County Council districts will change.
The yellow cards will also inform voters of their precincts in the August 11 primary and Nov. 6 general election.
The last day to register to vote for the primary election is July 12.
