‘90 Minutes In Heaven’ author to visit

Don Piper, author of “90 Minutes In Heaven” and other books, will speak at Glad Tidings Church in Hilo at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 17.

Glad Tidings spokesman Roddy Rodrigues said, “Don Piper has mesmerized and inspired nearly 3,000 audiences around the globe since the release of his New York Times best-selling book in 2004. “Millions have experienced the ‘90 Minutes in Heaven’ story in person, on television, radio and print media.”

More than 5 million copies of Piper’s books have been sold in 40 languages. And it was his first book, “90 Minutes in Heaven: A True Story of Death and Life,” that stayed on the New York Times list for nearly four years.
