Staffers from the Philippine Consulate in Honolulu will offer consular outreach in Kona from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 27-28, at the West Hawaii Civic Center County Council Conference Room A.
The services that will be available include passports, authentication and notary services, dual citizenship applications, and reports of birth, marriage or death.
