The Hawaii Police Department is pleased to support the Hawaii County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney in spreading the word that April is “Sexual Assault Awareness Month,” and “National Child Abuse Prevention Month.”

The Hawaii Police Department is pleased to support the Hawaii County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney in spreading the word that April is “Sexual Assault Awareness Month,” and “National Child Abuse Prevention Month.”

If you are a victim of a sexual assault or suspect child abuse, call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. The Police Department’s Juvenile Aid Sections in East and West Hawaii investigate all sexual assaults and all crimes against children.

For information about healthy relationships and preventing sexual violence, call the Sexual Assault Support Service’s 24-hour hotline at 935-0677.
