Sheraton Keauhou Bay getting major facelift
Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa, a 22-acre oceanfront resort in Kona, is several months into a $16-million “renewal.” The renovations are expected to be completed this summer, according to a Sheraton news release.
The resort is improving its guestrooms, public and meeting spaces, and guest-arrival and dining areas.
As part of the renovation, Manta Ray Bar & Grill will become “Rays on the Bay” and will feature a new menu, fire pits, Rum Bar, nightly live entertainment and the opportunity to see the famous Keauhou manta rays.
To begin reintroducing Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa to Hawaii residents, the resort is offering a $99 per night special, through June 3. The rate includes the daily resort service fee (normally $20 per day).
