Police are seeking a 29-year-old man wanted for questioning in connection with a stabbing last week in Kailua-Kona.
The man, Tommy Eugan Howard, is described as African-American with black hair and brown eyes, but he may wear contact lenses that alter his eye color.
He has a tattoo of a chain of musical notes that runs from his left shoulder down along his left arm. He sometimes goes by the names Casino, Tommy Washington and Cesar Waltz.
He is also wanted by the Washington State Department of Corrections for failure to register as a sex offender.

At 1:25 p.m. on May 22, Kona patrol officers responded to a report of a stabbing at Laaloa Beach Park, also known as White Sands Beach, on Alii Drive. The victim, a 39-year-old Ocean View man, had reportedly been at the park with family members when he got into an argument with another man, who then stabbed him in the side of the neck and then fled in a white Jeep.
The victim was taken to Kona Community Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries and released.
