Do you or someone you know have a band you think sounds great, but doesn’t play the local bars and nightclubs because none of the members are 21?
We’re looking for East Hawaii bands with all members ages 20 or younger to profile this summer in the Tribune-Herald’s weekly Arts & Entertainment section.
Send a demo of two or more songs in either CD or MP3 format to Tribune-Herald reporter John Burnett. Demos must be received by Friday, June 29. CDs can be dropped off or mailed to the Tribune-Herald office at 355 Kinoole St., Hilo, HI 96720. MP3s can be emailed to jburnett@hawaiitribune-herald.com.
All demos must be accompanied by band name, song titles, full names and ages of all band members and instruments they play, where the band is from, the address where it rehearses, usual days and times of rehearsals, and a daytime telephone number to contact.
We’re looking forward to hearing from you — and hearing you!
