The Boys and Girls Club of the Big Island Pinto All-Stars will be among 10 teams competing at the first PONY League Pinto state regional coach-pitch tournament, scheduled Friday-Tuesday in Kailua-Kona.
Members of the Hilo team are Aiden-Jay Shikuma, Mayson Publico, Mason Hirata, Dylan Honda, Brayden Malani, Luke Klask, Carson Kawaguchi, Keamalu Baclig, Kedren Kinzie, Brock Malani, Kayla Kodani, Spencer Yoshizumi, Makakoa Auwae and Kameron Cypriano along with coaches Gregg Hirata, Craig Kawaguchi, Grant Baclig, Chris Honda and manager manager Shon Malani.
Other teams expected to compete are Kona, Maui, Mililani (Oahu), Waianae (Oahu), Ewa/Ewa Beach (Oahu), West Kauai, Windward (Oahu), Lihue (Kauai) and Makakilo-Kapolei (Oahu).
