Waimea Community Theatre to hold annual meeting

The 2012 Waimea Community Theatre annual general membership meeting will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, in the conference room of the Thelma Parker Memorial Library, 67-1209 Mamalahoa Highway, in Waimea.

The public is welcome to attend to learn more about the 2012-2013 season of the WCT, Waimea Community Chorus, and Waimea Community Teen Theatre Troupe productions and about Keiki Performing Arts Workshop.

The group’s mission statement is to provide an outlet for creative community involvement, while producing quality entertainment.

Waimea Community Theatre was established in 1964 and is a nonprofit corporation. WCT’s purpose is to provide entertaining plays and educational workshops that will expand the interest in and experience of theatre.
