Kikue Kiyabu, 94, of Mountain View died June 11 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Mountain View, she was a retired elementary school teacher and a volunteer at the Kamana Senior Center and CCECS., and was honored as a Living Treasure by the County of Hawaii. Services held. No koden. Survived by two nieces, a grandniece and a grandnephew. Arrangements by Homelani Cremation Services.

Hiroko Matsumoto, 97, of Lenexa, Kan., formerly of Hilo, died June 29 in Kansas. Born in Kohala, she was a former owner of The Vogue Shop in Hilo. Private inurnment. Survived by son, Eugene (Annette) Matsumoto of Lenexa, Kan.; brother, Bertram (Betty) Matsunobu of Honolulu; sisters, Barbara Ino, Tomiko Matsunobu and Tokie Himeda of Honolulu; two grandsons; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Karen McCrudden, 51, of Waikoloa died June 29 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Michigan, she was a retired human resources manager. Services held. Yoshiko Miyashiro, 89, of Pepeekeo died June 9 in Hilo. Born in Pepeekeo, she was retired from E.B. de Silva Elementary School and was a member of Hakalau Jodo Mission Kyodan and Fujinkai, Hui Okinawa and Ijun. Services held. Survived by son, Dean Miyashiro of Anaheim, Calif.; brother, Edward (Evelyn) Harakuni of Waikele, Oahu; sister, Mildred Suganuma of Moraga, Calif.; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Miyashiro of Hilo and Betty Miyashiro of Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews.
