The Department of Parks and Recreation, Hio District will be accepting registration until July 15 for an adult women’s and men’s doubles tennis league. It will be played on weekends from Aug. 5 through Dec. 16.
The Department of Parks and Recreation, Hio District will be accepting registration until July 15 for an adult women’s and men’s doubles tennis league. It will be played on weekends from Aug. 5 through Dec. 16.
Participants must have a USTA rating and be at least 18 years of age by Dec. 31, 2012. There will be a 6.5 and 8.5 division and teams must have a combined rating not to exceed their division. Each division will be limited and entries received after the division is filled will be placed on a wait list.
Cost is $5 and a new can of tennis balls per person.
There will be a players meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 17 at the Edith Kanakaole Multipurpose Stadium. For more information or registration, call Deb Loeffler at 895-5234. Leave a message with your name, your partner’s name, division, and contact phone number. Limit one division per person.
