William “Bill” Arnold Lawrence Jr., 58, of Kailua-Kona died June 14 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Multnomah County, Ore., he was a construction superintendent, worked as an auto mechanic, heavy equipment operator, a carpenter and mason, and was a hunter and fisherman.
