Richard Thomas Webb, 94, of Hilo died July 29 at his home. Born in Toledo, Ohio, he graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in chemical engineering, served in the U.S. Army as a captain, worked as an engineer for C. Brewer, and formed his own consulting firm. Private family services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Richard Thomas Webb to Hospice of Hilo or the Salvation Army.
