Steven Thomas Coss, 25, of Hilo died July 29 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Los Gatos, Calif., he was a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Hilo’s computer science program. Services will be held at 4:30 p.m. Friday at Christ Lutheran Church in Hilo. Survived by fiance, Justine Thompson of Hilo; brother, Scott Gardiner of San Diego; sisters, Serena Coss of Oregon and Kayla Thee of Los Gatos, Calif.; and grandmother, Pamela McLeod.
