Cecelia “Cissy” Ann Fernandez, 69, Kailua-Kona died July 27 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, she was a retired waitress at King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel and was also a waitress at the former Reuben’s and Spindrifter restaurants.
