Big Island police are searching for a 59-year-old Hilo woman who was reported missing on Tuesday.

Mary Evelyn Pung was last seen on Aug. 7 at her home. She is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-2, 110 pounds, with long light-brown hair. Police ask that anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Officer Charisse Wakita at 961-2213 or the police non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 .
