Hisae “Stella” Nagano, 88, of Hilo, formerly of Pepeekeo, died Aug. 19 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Keanae, Maui, she was a homemaker and member of Honomu Hongwanji Mission and Buddhist Women’s Association and Kulaimano Nutrition Center.
