Owner of the Village Toy Shop Janet Louise, left, and artist Hopper Sheldon stand in front of a mural designed by Sheldon in the parking lot of the store in Hilo. The mural took more than 370 community service hours from keiki, parent and artist volunteers as part of “Art Uprising and Art Day” on Saturday. Art Day Saturday has moved from the toy shop to the Hilo Farmers Market every first and third Saturday of the month.
