Mary “Poki” Ann Goold, 84, of Kailua-Kona, died Tuesday at Life Care Center of Kona. Born in Los Angeles, she was a homemaker, chef and owner of Poki’s Pasta and Poki’s at Dorian’s, former cook for King Kamehameha Hotel, and chef for the former Red Pants Bar, Kona Steakhouse, Kona Daze, Jose’s and Keauhou Country Club Restaurant. She was also a new restaurant consultant. A celebration of life will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Kona Outdoor Circle. Casual attire; flowers OK.
