A Kona jury has found a 44-year-old Kailua-Kona man guilty of methamphetamine trafficking and two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia.
Sentencing for John Albert Wagner Jr. is set for Nov. 16 at 8 a.m. before Kona Circuit Judge Elizabeth Strance.
Kona vice officers executed a search warrant on Wagner’s home on Dec. 23, 2010, and found 45.5 grams of methamphetamine, paraphernalia and more than $11,700 in cash. At the time, Wagner was on parole for meth trafficking and promoting a dangerous drug.
