Joel Kiwini Gugudan is described as Filipino, about 5-feet-7, 195 pounds, with brown hair and eyes, and a tan complexion.
Gugudan was last seen leaving work in Waikoloa on Friday at about 1 a.m. He was last seen wearing a blue floral print shirt, black slacks and black tennis shoes. He may be driving a green Ford Mustang convertible.
Anyone with information on Gugudan’s whereabouts is asked to call Officer Kyle Hirayama at 887-3080 or the police non-emergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
