“Hip-Hop: Political Noise and the Voice of the People” will be the focus of a special program at noon Friday on the University of Hawaii at Hilo Campus Center Plaza.
David Goldberg, an independent writer and lecturer in the department of American Studies at UH-Manoa, will deliver the audio/visual presentation as part of the 2013 University of Hawaii Summer Art Institute Hilo project.
