Himeo Hayashida, 77, of Hilo died at the Hilo Medical Center on Friday, Oct. 5. Born in Mountain View, he was a retired teacher with the former Laupahoehoe High School. Charles “Charlie” “Kale” L. Langer, 68, of Hilo died Wednesday, Sept. 26, at his residence.
