The congregation of Living Waters held its annual trick-or-treat alternative “Hilo Kids Party” at the new Panaewa Community Center. Hawaii County, Hilo Medical Center, MADD, Hilo Robotics and Hilo’s Habitat for Humanity were all in attendance to support this event that provided free games, prizes, food and — of course — candy.
