A police spokeswoman said Monday that Kalani Vegas Ahuna was charged with third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Ahuna was arrested Thursday in Keaukaha on an unrelated warrant for contempt of court, for which he was also charged.

Police Capt. Robert Wagner said Friday that when Ahuna was arrested, he was “in possession of items that match up with items taken during the burglary of at least one of the residences there (in Keaukaha).”
