Shannon Louis Nobuyuki Okamoto, 37, of Keaau died Nov. 26 at Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. Private services. Survived by brothers, Shawn ( Jenifer) Okamoto and Joseph Correa of Keaau; hanai brother, David Cushing of Hilo; two nieces and two nephews; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Louise Leilani Stevens, 73, of Hilo died Nov. 10 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born in Hilo, she was a homemaker and former U.S. Army nurse. Visitation 9–10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Memorial service at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Justin Kaleialohi Tabar, 22, of Kailua, Oahu, died Nov. 19 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, he was a kitchen worker for Kamehameha Schools on Maui. Celebration of life 10–11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Waikane, Oahu. Prayer service at 11:30 a.m. Casual attire.
