Hawayo Mikami, 94, of Hilo died Dec. 14 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Onomea, she was retired from Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company and a member of Papaikou Hongwanji Mission and Kaumana 1 1/2 Mile Kumiai. Friends may call from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo; Service at 5:30 p.m. Cremation to follow at Homelani Crematory. Casual attire.
