Abhay Williams was last seen in Hilo on the morning of Jan. 9.
He is described as Caucasian, 6-feet tall, 150 pounds with brown eyes and wavy brown medium-length hair. He has a medical condition that may require medical attention.
Police ask that anyone with information on his whereabouts call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
