Isabella Maxwell Horwath Mustard, 91, of Fortine, Montana, and Kailua-Kona died Dec. 23 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Anaconda, Deer Lodge County, Montana, she was a retired county clerk for the Lincoln County Fortine School District, an aide for the Galen State Sanatorium, served as one of the first dispatchers for the Ant Flat Ranger Station in Trego, Montana, was an original columnist with the Tobacco Valley News and a clerk with the Fortine Merchantile. She was also a member and Grand Matron of the Rebeccas, Fortine Community Church and Red Hat Ladies Club. Friends may call at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 26 for a celebration of life at the Kona Outdoor Circle at 76-6280 Kuakini Hwy. in Kailua-Kona. Casual attire, no flowers. John Ewing Noll, 90, of Pahoa died Monday, Jan. 7, at the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home in Hilo. Private services held. Born in West Virginia, he was a veteran of the Korean War and WWII and retired as a visual merchandising manager for Sears.
