The Hawaii Police Department reported Monday that a 20-year-old man reported missing on Sunday has been found.

Hilo resident Daysen Masuda was found with a broken leg on Monday after he became lost, according to Capt. Richard Miyamoto, Hamakua Police Commander. Masuda was playing Airsoft with about 40 other people when he became separated from them.

The other members noticed he was missing after their lunch break and searched the area several times before police and fire department personnel arrived. They searched until dark, and then continued the search Monday.

The Airsoft game was held in a 21-acre, heavily-forested area with ravines and surrounded by large eucalyptus forests.
