Nephi Leialoha Needham, 91, of Ogden, Utah, and formerly of Hilo, died Jan. 21 at Crestwood Care Center. Born in Kalopa, he was a World War II veteran and retired from Emerson Electric in 1991. Graveside services to be held at 1 p.m. Feb. 22 at Lindquist Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch in Ogden. Janice Doreene Morgan, 73, of Hawi died Jan. 26 at home. Born in St. Francis, Kansas, she was the owner of the Kohala Book Shop in Kapaau. No services. Deborah Mary Olson, 62, of Honaunau died Feb. 8 at her residence. Born in Denver, Colo., she was a coffee farmer. She was a special education teacher at Honaunau Elementary School, as well as several other mainland schools. A celebration of life pot luck will be held Feb. 17. Faustina Quilausing, 88, of Keaau died at the Hilo Medical Center on Monday, Feb. 4. Born in Fuerte, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, the Philippines, she was a retired floor supervisor with the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company. She was also a former member of the Kupuna Senior Bowling League, ILWU Mixed Bowling League, and the Parks & Recreation Bowling League. Private services held.
