This meditation class is for busy people living in contemporary life.

Learn how to practice the basics of meditation, and through repeated practice, overcome anger, stress, burnout, depression, and all the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

All are welcome to attend, and no experience is necessary.

No charge or registration is required; donations are welcome.
