Elizabeth (Betty) Ann Walden, 77, of Hawaii Kai, Oahu, formerly of Volcano, died Feb. 20 in Yakima, Wash. Born in Rockland, Maine, she was a former first-grade teacher and member of Alcoholics Anonymous. Memorial service Saturday in Yakima, Wash.; memorial service also at 2 p.m. March 9, at Waiokeola Congregational Church, 4705 Kilauea Ave., Honolulu.
