Wallace T. Nakayama, 70, of Hilo died Feb. 12. Born in Hilo, he was a construction superintendent with Willocks Construction, and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Private services held. No koden. Elizabeth (Betty) Ann Walden, 77, of Hawaii Kai, Oahu, formerly of Volcano, died Feb. 20 in Yakima, Wash. Born in Rockland, Maine, she was a former first-grade teacher and member of Alcoholics Anonymous. Memorial service Saturday in Yakima, Wash.; memorial service also at 2 p.m. March 9, at Waiokeola Congregational Church, 4705 Kilauea Ave., Honolulu.
