Born in Pepeekeo, she was a retired secretary for Pahoa High School and member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church and Sacred Heart Society. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, March 13 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Papaikou. Mass at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Burial at Mauna Kea Memorial Park, Kaieie Homestead Rd. in Papaikou. Survived by son, Jeffery (Jason Wicker) Alleman of Las Vegas; mother, Cecelia Luiz of Papaikou; sister, Janet (Albert) Araujo of Papaikou; brother, Leonard (Debra) Luiz of Papaikou; two grandchildren; cousins, nieces and nephews. Walter Johnson, 89, of Keaau died March 3 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Fresno, Calif., he was a retired vice president of Central Pacific Bank in California and former U.S. Army Air Corps B-26 Marauder pilot during World War II.
