James N. Kuritani, 86, of Kurtistown, died March 13 at Hospice of Hilo’s Pohai Malama Facility. Born in Keaau, he was a retired farmer and member of Puna Hongwanji Mission Kyodan, Kurtistown Jodo Mission Kyodan, and Kurtistown 11 Miles Kumiai. Private services held. No koden (monetary gifts).
