The St. Joseph School Drama Club will present a junior version of the Broadway

musical “Annie” at 7 p.m. on April 11-13 and 18-20 at the East Hawaii Cultural Center in downtown Hilo. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for students, available at

St. Joseph High School and at the EHCC.

The show, described as “fun for the entire family,” tells the Depression-era story of

a little orphan who, in an attempt to find her parents, foils a kidnap plot and

is adopted by billionaire Daddy Warbucks.

The cast — with several students playing multiple roles — includes Sarah Brinkman, Forest McKinney, Michael Pezzuto, Bryn Wilcox, Aliya Smigel, Fisher McKinney, Elizabeth Pezzuto, Ainsley Thistlewaite, Sabine Maloney, Anne Hao, Jade Thomas, Jayla Nakayama, Jaci Shinoda, Savannah Brinkman and Olivia Brinkman.
