Mataniu “Niu” Dahler, 67, of Waikoloa died April 29 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Aunuu, American Samoa, she was a homemaker and member of the Waikoloa Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Memorial service 2 p.m. Sunday at Waikoloa Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Survived by husband, Clyde Dahler of Waikoloa; sisters, Nafa Voss of Waikoloa, Bessie (Faatautui) Sioloa of Hawaiian Paradise Park, Taliilagi (Donald) Pakele of Kaumana, Alana (Francisco) San Jose of Wainaku and Amy (Carl) Stout of Kenosha, Wis.; brothers, Romeo Fuiava of Hawaiian Paradise Park and Ellis (Alexis) Fuiava of Port Clinton, Ohio; uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Henry T. Gonsalves, 90, of Mountain View died April 29. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired maintenance worker. Visitation 4:30-5 p.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Hawaii Funeral Home. Ayano Sadanaga, 96, of Papaikou died April 19 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Onomea, she was a homemaker and member of Hilo Taishoji Soto Mission Kyodan and Fujinkai. Visitation 4-5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service at 5:30 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire. Survived by son, Scott Sadanaga of Papaikou; brother, Satoru Okimoto of Papaikou; sister, Kimie (Seiji) Aoki of Papaikou; sisters-in-law, Mitsue Okimoto and Shizuno Sadanaga of Papaikou; nieces and nephews. Frank Ha‘aheo Kawaauhau Jr. is survived by, among other, stepson Glenn (Dee Jay) Rezentes of Hilo. That information was omitted in an obituary published Thursday.
