Emory Houston Deason, 92, of Kailua-Kona died June 1 at his home under care of Hospice of Kona. Born in Greenville, Ky., he served in WWII and retired from Chrysler Motors as a production manager. Military services will be held on Monday at 9 a.m. at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery. Donations may be made to Hospice of Kona, A Hui Hou Ministries, or Meals on Wheels.
