The 2013 HSPLS Customer Satisfaction Survey is under way. The goal: to obtain feedback from library users about the system’s collections and services. The comment period continues through July 31.
“This survey will help us identify areas where we can improve our services and better meet the needs of our communities,” explained information specialist Paul H. Mark.
“The customer satisfaction survey will also gather responses concerning our online databases, e-Learning resources, eBooks/eAudio/eMusic collection, and Internet scheduling self-service system, which we need for our annual Federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) report.”
State Librarian Richard Burns encourages folks to participate: “Your feedback is very important to us. The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and will be available online at www.librarieshawaii.org and in paper version at all 50 libraries statewide.”
