A delegation from the Federated States of Micronesia will visit Hilo to meet with FSM citizens on Friday, July 5. The meeting will be held at 4 p.m. on the University of Hawaii at Hilo campus in University Classroom Building (UCB) Room 127.

A delegation from the Federated States of Micronesia will visit Hilo to meet with FSM citizens on Friday, July 5. The meeting will be held at 4 p.m. on the University of Hawaii at Hilo campus in University Classroom Building (UCB) Room 127.

The delegation will be lead by FSM Sen. and former President Joseph Urusemal, who chairs the congressional Committee on Education. Other delegates will likely include Sen. Tony Otto, chair of the Committee on Health and Social Affairs, and a staff member from the FSM Consulate General of Hawaii Office.

The main topics of discussion will focus on education, both in the FSM and for FSM students studying in the U.S., and health and social affairs matters.

All FSM citizens are welcome and encouraged to attend. Free parking is available on campus.
