The fun event will feature fine gourmet fare prepared by Big Island chefs, spirits and desserts, with live entertainment by Keahi Conjugacion.
This year, “Evening in Paradise” will debut a silent auction, with party-goers invited to bid on goodies, artwork and adventure packages. Some of the local vendors participating are Takeo Gyotaku, Crayoninked ArtDesigns, Yume Jewelry Hawaii, Cupcake Boom, Tanimoto Dharma Designs and Hamakua Adventures.
Tickets are now available at www.hiuw.org and 935-6393. All forms of payment are accepted and credit card orders can be taken over the phone. Tickets are $85 for adults, $50 for children.
All money raised at the “Evening in Paradise” will benefit HIUW, which supports 41 Big Island partner agencies and 55 programs serving the community.
