Reginald Takeo Koyama, 73, of Hilo died June 29 at the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born on Oahu, he was a commercial artist. Private services. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was retired, a volunteer for Hawaii County Police Department and Dolphin Quest, member and paddler for Kai O Pua Canoe Club and Keauhou Canoe Club. Private services.
