Police are looking for a 26-year-old Pahoa man wanted on two outstanding warrants. Michael Dwayne Carvalho is also wanted for questioning in connection with a robbery, assault and terroristic threatening.
Police are looking for a 26-year-old Pahoa man wanted on two outstanding warrants. Michael Dwayne Carvalho is also wanted for questioning in connection with a robbery, assault and terroristic threatening.
Carvalho is described as Filipino, about 5-foot-11, 190 to 200 pounds with brown eyes and short black hair. Police advise the public not to approach him.
