On Tuesday, Happy Science Hawaii, an ecumenical Buddhist organization based on Oahu, will hold a meditation session and Dharma talk from 5:30-7 p.m. in University of Hawaii at Hilo Campus Center Room 301.
“This meditation session is for busy people living in contemporary life,” said spokesman Gabe James. “Come and learn the basics of meditation. No previous experience is necessary.”
The subject of the evening’s Dharma talk will be “How to overcome major setbacks and difficulties in life.”
