Grace Correa Carter, 96, of Hilo died Sept. 13 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Buguey Cagayan, Philippines, he was a maintenance man at the Royal Kona Resort, a realtor at A‘ala Realty Company, Century 21 and Koa Realty, was past president of the Ilocano Club of Hawaii, member of the Kona Lions Club and St. Michael’s Catholic Church, and former president of the Filipino Organization of Kona.
